All of our items are made by hand at the time of purchase. We do not issue refunds on orders that have completed the payment, shipped, and delivered. Store credit will be issued in particular instances.
If you received your order and you would like to have a size change, please contact us at social@tahylormade.com. Size changes will be treated as a return rather than an exchange. We require you to ship back the item to us (customer pays for return shipping) and once we receive the item and it's inspected a store credit will be issued so you can purchase your correct size.
All clearance items are final sale.
Mugs, journals, and hats are non-returnable/non-exchangeable.
