All of our items are made by hand at the time of purchase. We do not have a warehouse of inventory. We do not issue refunds on orders that have completed payment, shipped and delivered. Store credit will be issued in particular instances.
Due to our items being printed once ordered, we cannot process returns or exchanges due to size issues. Please make sure you check our sizing specifications before ordering.
