At Tahylor Made we work hard to make sure we work with the customer. If you would like to change or cancel your order with 24 hours of placing the order please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org ASAP. We will try to assist.
Once your package has been dispatched, Tahylor Made accepts no responsibility for any loss or any damage to your package. If there are any delays or issues with your package (including not arriving) Tahylor Made is not liable as we have no control once it is with the postal service. In this instance please contact your local post office with the tracking number provided to you. They can give you detailed information on your package. We are not able to refund or reship packages in this instance.
We will ship to the address provided. If the address needs to be changed, please contact us ASAP. If the package was unable to be delivered due to an incorrect address and was shipped back to us, we can reship the package back to you in which you will be charged a shipping fee.
If you do not receive an email from Tahylor Made Apparel within a few hours of placing your order, be sure to check your personal Spam folder. Alternatively, the email address may have been spelled incorrectly.

If you see no movement it may have not been shipped yet, but no worries! As soon as it does we will be sure to send tracking. As a reminder, all orders may take up to 3-10 day to be fulfilled and shipped as stated in your confirmation email.
Yes, we do ship internationally. All international orders are shipped via USPS and can take a few weeks to arrive due to the USPS service.
Please note: Import duties, taxes, and additional charges required to release your order from customs are not included in the item price or shipping cost. These charges are the buyer's responsibility and will not be refunded or reimbursed by Tahylor Made Apparel.
There are several reasons why your order may have been cancelled:
The item(s) sold out.
There is a delay in replenishment for your item(s).
We are unable to verify your billing information and/or your billing address does not match the credit card on file for the order.
We cannot verify your shipping address.
If the billing address stated on the order does not match with what the credit card issuer or bank has on file, please contact your credit card issuer or bank to verify that the billing information is correct. Once updated, you may create a new order using the correct billing address.
Note: If your order is cancelled for any of the reasons above, you will receive an email confirming your order’s cancellation. The full amount of the order will be issued via store credit. Store credit issued refunds can take up to 1-2 business days to clear.
All of our items are made by hand at the time of purchase. We do not have a warehouse of inventory.We do not issue refunds on orders that have completed the payment, shipped, and delivered. Store credit will be issued in particular instances.
If you received your order and you would like to have a size change, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org. Size changes will be treated as a return rather than an exchange. We require you to ship back the item to us (customer pays for return shipping) and once we receive the item and it's inspected a store credit will be issued so you can purchase your correct size.
All clearance items are final sale.
Mugs, journals, and hats are non-returnable/non-exchangeable.
