We do not provide refunds if there is a delay with USPS in regards to your package.  We do not have control over delivery times once shipped. 

How to shop online?

Once you're done shopping, checking out is easy and secure. You may always view the items you have added to your Shopping cart by clicking the "Shopping cart" button on the top right of any page. You may also checkout by clicking on the "checkout" hyperlink located on any item detail page. Once you are viewing the contents of your shopping bag, you may adjust quantities in your bag by changing the number to the right of items, and then by clicking "update bag" after all quantity adjustments have been made.

Item availability

The item availability is listed in the product details page. All colors and sizes available will be shown and available to add to the shopping bag. Colors and sizes that are unavailable will be grayed out. Although we make every effort to keep sufficient stock of items listed on our site, occasionally we do sell out of certain products. If we are out of stock on an item that you've ordered, we will notify you via e-mail. Any changes will be reflected in your order total as well as your shipping confirmation.

Do you have sizing information?

We try to include as much accurate sizing information for each product as possible. We have also added a size chart to every product in the product detail page. Reference the size charts to help determine your size when ordering. Because sizing and cut will vary between brands, please use this chart as a general guide to compare the various size scales. If you are between sizes or need assistance selecting the proper size, please contact Customer Service by email.

What are your sizing options? 

We currently only cary unisex tees.Our sizes are from XS-XXL. Our sizing chart is available on each t-shirt page. Please keep in mind due to our tees being unisex, they will run bigger than you may be use to. To find your accurate size for a slimmer/snug look, please order a size DOWN. If you need to let your pooch breath a bit for a more comfy/loose feel, please order your regular size. 

Which Payment Methods do you accept?

We accept PayPal and the following credit cards: Visa, Master Card, and American Express. We also accept Sezzle (Buy Now, Pay Later) interest free installment payment program.  Items will not be shipped until payment is verified.

How does Sezzle Work?

Sezzle is a buy now pay later program. You pay no interest. Get your order shipped now and pay in four easy installments. There is a minimum amount of $35.00 to use Sezzle. Check out our "How To Sezzle" page for more information.

How can I track my order?

You will receive an order confirmation once your order has been successfully transmitted. In addition, a shipping confirmation e-mail will be sent once your order has been shipped. This confirmation will include the tracking number for your package. 

What shipping methods do you use?

At this time we only us USPS. If we do add more shipping options we will add it to the website.

How long does it take your order to be shipped?

Orders are processed within 3-10 business days. We really try to ship your orders within 5 days of being ordered. 

**There are some exceptions for accessories and tees** Accessories/tees are shipped separately. Please allow 6-10 days.

 We offer  USPS Standard shipping at  $7.00 for orders within the United States. Processing times is between 3-10 business days.  

We also offer expedited shipping which is USPS Priority Shipping for $14.99. Processing time is between 1-4 business days.

Do you ship internationally? 

We do currently offer international shipping, however you will be subject to any custom or taxes in your country. We're not responsible for delivery delays with USPS or any third party carrier that USPS uses. 

Do you offer tracking?

Yes, you will receive tracking information on all orders once the item has been shipped out. Please keep in mind that some items such as accessories will be shipped separately. We also provide signature confirmation on all orders. 

If your package is lost  please contact your local Post Office or 1-800-275-8777. Once a claim has been filed with your local Post Office location, please provide us with your claim information. We can be emailed at

What's the return policy?

All of our items are made by hand at the time of purchase. We do not have a warehouse or inventory. We do not issue refunds on orders that have completed payment, shipped and delivered. 

Due to our items being printed as you order, we cannot do returns or exchanges due to size issues. Please make sure you check our sizing specifications before ordering. 

In the event an exchange is approved the order will incur a $10 restocking fee plus shipping.

Can I cancel/modify my order?
