This year has been one of the most unprecedented years in regards to online retail. Not only are we in a global pandemic and many people are doing more online shopping, it's also the holidays and USPS, Fedex and UPS are inundated with packages. We all know USPS has had many issues during this current time, due to limited staff and influx of packages.
Some of you may have gotten your orders on time and some may still be waiting on your packages. Some may never see tracking information updated on USPS, but the next day the package is at your door. Although in normal circumstances, items shipped normally arrives in 3-5 business days, but please be aware that during this time that may not happen. Items will take longer through the USPS system, but will eventually get to it's final destination.
I am pretty sure the employees are overwhelmed with missing and delayed package concerns. I have spoken to several USPS employees and they have to work 12 hour days with limited staff. They're frustrated and I completely understand.
This is at no fault of the business (Big or Small). This is a situation that we are all going through. I ask that once your order has been shipped and you receive the tracking number, please give USPS time to get to you. As a business, this is out of our hands as we cannot anticipate when you will receive your items. It may arrive on time or it may take longer, all we ask is that you please be patient with USPS.
If you need to get an update on your packages you can reach out to USPS online or you can call 1-800-275-8777. They can provide you with any and all updates in regards to your packages, once it is in the transit phase with them.
If you're a USPS employee, we thank you for all that you're doing. We know how much stress and pressure that you may be under. We support you.
Thank you all for understanding.
